Grieghallen
The Overflate conference is the industry's meeting place. The conference is deeply rooted in the scientific community. Central people and organisations within corrosion, industrial surface treatment and insulation are the creators of this event.

This year's conference will be a bit different, due to infection prevention considerations and the ongoing pandemic. The most important thing this year is to be able to hold a professional and safe conferance for all participants. For two days, participants will experience a varied program comprised of lectures with highly relevant themes. All lectures will be plenary instead of parallell sessions. There will not be a workshop in 2020. The conference will as always offer an exciting expo with companies from the industry.

This year's conference will have maximum 200 participants. To reduse all risk for our participants we have updated our terms and conditions - read more about this below or in our registration form.

All conference participants, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers are invited to a conference dinner with entertainment on Wednesday November 18.
​
Program and speakers will be announced fall 2020.
Registration and prices
Conference delegate fee: Earlybird offer
The conference delegate fee for two day's conference is NOK 8 500,- + VAT.
This fee includes a full academic program, lunch and coffee breaks both days, and the conference dinner on Wednesday.

Earlybird price for delegate fee is NOK 6 500,- + VAT
Earlybird offer will be available until September 18 2020.
Terms and conditions
All prices exclusive VAT. In the case of a cancellation of the conference from the organizer, all registration fees will be reimbursed. Please direct questions regarding reimbursements to: post@kulturoperatorene.no.
Participants can cancel their participation after registration with full reimbursement with the following causes:

Illness prohibiting the participant from attending (including possible symptoms of Covid-19 prohibiting the participant to follow national health guidelines)

Changes in company policies prohibiting the participant from attending
By cancellation from participant after registration from other reasons than the above mentioned, a fee of 50% of the registration fee will be charged. By cancellation later than 30 days before the conference, there will be no refund of the conference fee.

Hotel bookings made in the registration can be cancelled until October 19th 2020. Cancellations after this point will not be reimbursed from the hotel, due to their booking policies.
Accommodation
You can make a reservation for accommodation when you are filling in the registration form. Your room will then be billed on the same invoice as the delegate fee. All hotel bookings made through the registration form can be cancelled until October 19th 2020.
