The price includes the academic program, lunch and coffee breaks on both days, as well as a conference dinner with entertainment.
The workshop on November 16th is also booked via the registration form and is only available to conference participants. The workshop costs NOK 4,150 excluding VAT.
Terms and conditions
All prices are stated excluding VAT. Registration for Surface 2026 is binding.
If you cancel within 30 days before the conference, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days before the conference, no refund of the participation fee will be given.
Hotel reservations through the registration form must be made before October 20. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded, due to the hotel's own booking conditions.
Accommodation
You can reserve a hotel room when you register for the conference. The hotel room will then be invoiced together with the conference fee. Hotel reservations cannot be canceled after October 12th, and are only valid for reservations made before October 11th.
